Alza.hu has announced the launch of its online store in English, making its product portfolio easily accessible to non-Hungarian speaking customers, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
“We want everyone to be able to have a comfortable and stress-free shopping experience on Alza.hu. Especially before Christmas, we want to help our customers save time by putting their gifts online securely, so that they can enjoy more peaceful moments with their loved ones, ”said Csaba Takács, operations manager at Alza.hu .
In addition, English speaking operators are now available to assist customers with all their questions on the Alza customer support line.
Getting ready for the Christmas rush
From the start of the year until the end of November, the e-shop has expanded its AlzaBox network to 148 locations and it is not over yet. On top of that, during the pre-season preparations Alza focused on fine-tuning internal processes to further improve their services and expand AlzaExpres delivery services. This fall, the company opened a new 4000 m² local distribution center in Budapest.
With more than 15,000 types of products available in stock, the company’s customers in Budapest can receive their orders within five hours. Customers’ orders placed before noon can be delivered to the Budapest area the same day. Fast delivery gives Budapest residents the flexibility to go through their Christmas shopping at almost the same speed as when they walk to a shopping mall.
Besides speed, Alza has improved the accuracy of delivery times. In the Budapest area, the online store offers its customers the opportunity to select a specific time slot when choosing AlzaExpress delivery.
